The Fresno Opportunity Corridors is an effort to invest and connect the central core of Fresno by building affordable homes, improving public transportation, and creating stronger neighborhoods, while also making sure residents have a voice in planning and development decisions.

Fresno’s Permanent Affordable Housing Initiative brings together policy reform, community leadership, and innovative financing to create and preserve over 12,000 affordable homes, ensuring all of Fresno’s families have stable, high quality housing.

Fresno’s Civic Infrastructure Initiative invests in the people, places, and community organizations that build local power. Through a network of neighborhood hubs, resident leaders work to ensure every neighborhood has the tools to shape its own future.
