Fresno Opportunity Corridor
The Fresno Opportunity Corridor is an effort to invest and connect the central core of Fresno by building affordable homes, improving public transportation, and creating stronger neighborhoods, while also making sure residents have a voice in planning and development decisions.
Southern Blackstone Smart Mobility Strategy
Laid the groundwork for the City of Fresno incorporating the Southern Blackstone Smart Mobility Strategy.
Resident Leadership Along Cesar Chavez Corridor
Partnered with Jackson CDC in engaging hundreds of area residents to provide community vision for new facilitates and programs being planned by ownership of the old University Medical Center along the Cesar Chavez corridor.
Food Innovation Hub in Southwest Fresno
Partnered with St Rest Church in developing a new Food Innovation Hub along the Elm Corridor to spark investment in Southwest Fresno.
39 Affordable Units Rehabbed
The Community Development Corporation and Community Land Trust ecosystem development initiative purchased and rehabilitated 39 affordable housing units.
Tenant Advocacy Team Created
Creation of a strong Tenants Rights advocacy team to support renters against landlords who do fail to meet their responsibilities
Revolving Loan Fund
Completed feasibility study for revolving loan fund to renovate affordable housing units.
10,000 Residents Engaged
Over 10,000 residents and youth engaged through 18 place-based partnerships, with 3 public green spaces and 8 street improvement projects completed.
253 Residents Trained
253 individuals participated in workforce development programs, and a Community Land Use Academy was launched to support resident-led neighborhood solutions.
Leadership Cohorts
127 adults and 64 youth completed leadership cohorts, with 4 adults hired as Hub staff.
