Hello, Fresno DRIVE colleagues.
I trust you all have transitioned into more relaxed days with less sun. It's time to break out our sweaters and coats.
So, these past few months, we have given you an overview of DRIVE’s purpose and how we are anchored in equity, purposeful community engagement, and measurement and evaluation. We also shared about the unique work of F3 Innovate - Farms Food Future and how we are rethinking our food and ag systems. This month, we will finish by sharing about Sierra San Joaquin Jobs, or S2J2 as we usually call it. This four-county effort, with the Central Valley Community Foundation playing as the quarterback for the collective work, is focused on how to fundamentally transform our region and foster an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable economy.
What does that even mean? That’s next.
In community,
Artie Padilla
